First Day in Valle de Bravo

Mamá!

Just writing to let you know that my P-days will be on Monday too! I arrived in my area late Monday night and we worked really hard Tuesday.  I am in an area called Valle de Bravo (bi-yay de bra-vo).  Look it up! It´s beautiful here!  There is a lake and all of the streets are cobblestone.  My feet and ankles hurt from walking so much.  It´s also really hot here...

My Spanish is getting a little better but I am only on my third day in the mission field.

Turns out I am related to Pres Whitehead.  He told me that Adolphus Whitehead Lund was a recorder in the St George temple and he recorded the baptisms for our founding fathers.  How cool is that?

My companion is HNA Cabrera from Baja California and this is her last transfer.  She is excited about everything and she always lets me know what is going on.  We work really hard.

Mexico City West Mission is all about working hard and obedience.  Fun fact for you, it´s known as the Gran Misión because they are the leaders in baptisms throughout the world.  I am extremely grateful to be a part of it!

I know this is what I am supposed to do and I am excited to work hard!
Love you tons!
